The double-sided legs of the trainer are an absolute novelty on the European market. The design of the paws was developed by DBX BUSHIDO in cooperation with martial arts coaches in order to ensure comfort and safety unattainable in traditional coaching packs.
The feet have a training surface on both sides, thanks to which the trainer does not have to twist the hand in an unnatural way during strokes to the body.

Traditional trainers' feet have a training surface on one side only, therefore it forces an unnatural twist of the hand during strokes on the body / liver. This is not only inconvenient, but can also lead to wrist strain and injuries.
In the case of ARF-1119 paws, the hand positioning is completely natural and safe. The design of the paws was developed in cooperation with experienced martial arts trainers in order to create a product fully adapted to training needs.
