WHAT IS A GIFT CARD?

A Gift Card is a virtual pre-paid card, which is the equivalent of cash, issued to the bearer, enabling the purchase of goods in the online store www.fightershop.com.pl .

The Fightershop Gift Card is the perfect gift for any occasion! It will work both during holidays or when looking for a universal gift for a loved one, for example on a birthday or name day.

Available card denominations:

50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 (PLN)

FIGHTERSHOP GIFT CARD REGULATIONS:

The card is a type of prepaid electronic payment method.

The Virtual Card will be delivered electronically in the form of a pdf file to the e-mail address provided by the ordering party.

The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or until the funds available on it are exhausted.

The one-time rebate code on the gift card can be redeemed only in the online store www.Fightershop.com.pl .

In order to use the Gift Card in the Online Store, when placing the order using the order form, in the "Discount Coupon" field, enter the unique identification code provided on the Gift Card and approve its application by clicking the action field available next to this field - after confirming the value of purchases will be reduced by the value of the Gift Card.

The amount of the gift should be increased by the amount of the shipping cost of the selected products

The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part).

Goods purchased with the use of the Gift Card are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

After the expiry of the Gift Card, it becomes invalid and does not entitle you to make further purchases at Fightershop.com.pl. Any unused funds on the Gift Card are non-refundable.

The Customer has the right to redeem a Gift Card in the case of a Sales Agreement, the value of which exceeds its nominal value, with the proviso that in such a case the Customer is obliged to pay the remaining part of the price using the available payment methods in a given Store. In the case of a Sales Agreement whose value is less than the nominal value recorded on the Gift Card being realized, the Customer is not entitled to receive funds constituting the difference between the value of the Sales Agreement and the value recorded on the Gift Card.

The issuance of a Gift Card does not constitute a sale subject to tax on goods and services (VAT) within the meaning of the applicable tax law. The Gift Card can be accompanied by a KP document (cash register has been accepted) or the balance status issued at the Customer's request. The sales document is issued at the time of purchasing the Products using the Gift Card.

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
