SUPER OMEGA-3 contains ocean fish oil, providing essential fatty acids from the omega-3 family. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the proper functioning of the heart . The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to maintaining proper vision and supports proper brain functioning .
How to use: Take a single portion of the preparation - 2 capsules - drink 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings a day, preferably during or immediately after a meal.
