Beltor 4m boxing wrap
Boxing wraps (bandages, tapes)
Recommended for every martial artist, regardless of experience or discipline. These wraps secure all loose joints and movable bones, ensuring they remain connected and limit mobility during a strike.
Cotton wraps absorb moisture, making the gloves more hygienic and comfortable to use.
A thumb loop on one end makes it easier to put on the wraps, while Velcro on the other end prevents the tape from coming undone.
Comfort and protection for your hands!
width 5 cm;
stiffen the hands and prevent injuries;
a special weave prevents the bandage from rolling up;
thumb fastening;
fastened with a solid wide Velcro.
How to tie boxing wraps?
Unfold the bandage to reveal the thumb loop at the end.
Place the loop around the base of your thumb and stretch the band over the back of your hand.
Wrap your ankles three times.
Pull the bandage over the back of your hand and wrap it around your wrist three times.
Pull the tape across your hand and wrap it halfway up your thumb.
Return to your hand, pull it over the back of your hand and wrap the bandage halfway up the thumb on the other side.
Wrap the bandage around your wrist and, using your thumb as an anchor, begin wrapping it between each finger, starting with your little finger and ring finger.
Keep your thumb fully extended so that the weave emerges from the base of your thumb.
Once you have wrapped all three spaces between your knuckles and fingers, use your thumb as an anchor one last time, go back to the outside of your knuckles and wrap them three times.
Then pull the tape crosswise over the back of your hand and wrap it around your wrist three more times.
If you still have a bandage left, you can wrap your hand crisscrossly front and back, creating an X pattern.
