Ingredients: creatine monohydrate, dextrose, taurine, flavour, acidity regulator – citric acid; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), colour – carotenes (1), beetroot red (5), copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins (2), (4;) black carrot juice concentrate (3), sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6). Applies only to the flavours: 1 – lemon, 2 – pear, 3 – blueberry, 4 – kiwi, 5 – raspberry.

Directions: Dissolve a single serving of the product – 3.25 g (0.5 scoops) in 125 ml of water using a shaker. Take 2 servings daily. On training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving 30 minutes before training, or 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving between meals, or 1 serving before bed.
