Replacement and return - purchase by mail order

 
If you want to return a purchased product you only need to send it back to us. Describe the size or model to which we have to make the replacement. Do przesyłki dołącz 10zł na ponowną przesyłkę. If the product purchased by mail order does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 working days from the date of delivery. We guarantee the satisfaction of the product or refund of your money.

The returned goods must not have any signs of use. Please keep the original packaging intact if possible.

Please be sure to include the proof of purchase you received with your shipment along with a note indicating why you are cancelling the purchase with the returned product. NOTE: Returns sent at the recipient's expense will not be accepted.

Refunds for returned items will be sent within 14 days from the date we receive the package. You can receive the reimbursement only and exclusively by a bank transfer. Please provide us with the exact name of your bank and your bank account number.

Remember to keep the postal receipt until you receive your reimbursement.

You can also change the returned product for another one from our offer - depending on the chosen product, we will return the overpayment or charge the missing amount. Please contact us in advance to determine the exact procedure.

Any products returned at a later date will not be accepted. Any products returned at a later date will not be accepted. After 14 days from the date of delivery, the right of return or exchange is granted only for products with a hidden defect (seller's liability for the conformity of the goods to the contract).

Attach a copy of the receipt and on a separate piece of paper a description of the defect and your expectations. The delivery of the product to the service is always at your expense.

Within 14 days from the time of delivery we will determine whether the repair qualifies for warranty repair or not and will inform you accordingly. If the complaint is approved by us, we will make the repair and deliver the product back to you at our expense. In the case of a complaint that requires the product to be shipped abroad, the shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
